Workshop:
This is a workshop aimed for mothers and daughters (9-14 years). The retreat will have a range of fun activities, discussions, age-appropriate learning about puberty and periods along with hands on activities. We start the workshop based around communication as this is something that gets harder as your daughters journey through adolescent. We totally understand that children don’t just like to sit down for hours, which is why we have made the session very interactive. Mothers and daughters will stay together at all times. Our goal is for mothers and daughters comfortable speaking about certain topics
What will you get out of it?
Your daughters will feel more confident about what is happening to their bodies during puberty. Not only on a physical level, but on a emotional and hormonal level. They will gain knowledge of the whys and the how’s and feel a sense of belonging within a community of women and girls and feel more connected to their mothers.
Mothers will have more clarity on how they want to navigate the puberty journey with their daughters. You will leave feeling more connected.
