  • Hold the cup with your two hands just underneath the rim
  • Flatten the cup by Pushing the two sides of the cup together.
  • Bend the cup inward half-length to form a C shape.

Punch down fold

For those finding insertion difficult, punch fold has a small insertion point and isn’t fiddly at all. It’s best when you are in a hurry. Here’s how to do it easily.

  • Hold the cup at the base with one hand
  • Use your right hand to hold the cup at the base
  • Put the index finger of right hand on the cup rim
  • Push the rim inward towards the base of the cup
  • Use your left hand to push the sides together and hold firmly

7-fold

The is the most easier of all, handier than the popular C-fold and releases easier inside you without any fuzz. Here’s how to do it

  • Hold the cup with both hands just underneath the rim
  • Push the opposite sides of the cup together to flatten the cup
  • Take the right corner of the flattened cup and push it down towards the stem.
